Four Points by Sheraton Production City, Dubai

I love the library concept, the quietness that i needed to revitalized myself after the exhaustion or stress from work. Neat and nice ambience of the lobby. I was assisted with charming smile of the receptionist when i requested to relocate my room since my neighbor was noisy (it was connecting room). I like the gym facility especially the treadmill with video track, it makes me feel like i'm running outdoor. I like the double glass made which minimizes the noise from outside road. I like the timing of the breakfast 7-11am which allows ample time to relax...do exercise before meal.

First and foremost, i would like to thank the staff especially Mr. Muneeb who did an exceptional job in making our stay pleasant. He made our evening extra special. Thank you so much from the bottom of our heart and also i would like to thank the engineering technicians Mr. Dunstan and Mr. Vivek for being helpful. However, what i disliked about the hotel was that the food was not as good as we expected. Also i found hair in my food. The dish was immediately replaced by the restaurant manager with a second serving, but still the dish didn't have much flavour.Later, that ordered a pinacolada mocktail at their Mcgetten pub but the drink had a weird taste of spoiled milk. Overall, i stay was really good and the room is excellent.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Four Points by Sheraton Production City Dubai and I must say, it was an absolutely wonderful experience! And the staff was exceptional in every way. A special thanks to Manager- Muneeb and his team Mr.Moe and Mr.Hamdi for going above and beyond to make my stay truly memorable. Thier professionalism, warmth and attention to detail made a significant difference in my experience. I truly appreciate their hospitality. The facilities were top notch and everything was clean, comfortable and well maintained. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay. I'll definitely be returning in the future

Suit room is very spacious. All spaces were comfortable enough. However, absence of door between bathroom and bedroom feels like a strange constructive solution. Great sound proofing, great climate control and ventilation. Staff was superb, super caring and helpful, thanks to receptionist Khin and room keeper Eshani. Jacuzzi at rooftop is superb. Mcgettigans pub in the hotel is really great, good for breakfast and hangouts!

This hotel's service is exceptional—special thanks to Khin and Parth at the reception for their helpfulness and professionalism. Housekeeping staff Jalil Ahmed and his supervisor Danish ensured my room was always spotless. Sherzaman provided outstanding service during breakfast at Wagha Border, making mornings delightful. The facilities are top-notch, the cleanliness is impeccable, and the location is perfect for both business and leisure.
