I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, starting with the incredibly helpful ladies at the check-in desk who accommodated my early check-in request at 9am and even upgraded my room! The room was tidy, with noticeable attention to detail in housekeeping, such as positioning the shower head towards the wall to prevent accidental splashes of cold water. After work, their sports bar is an excellent place to unwind with quick service, great snacks and bar food, and a massive screen to watch football/cricket matches. Their nachos are among the best I've had. The breakfast at Wagah Border the next day was decent, offering plenty of variety. Upon exiting, the manager kindly offered me a cup of coffee to go. Overall, the staff operates efficiently and genuinely cares for their guests. Kudos to their management team for their excellent service! I'm definitely staying here for my next business trip.

It's my very first time staying in this hotel and since the beginning I was so happy and pleased that the front desk lady Khin was welcoming. She gave me a room upgrade with early check-in. My trip was very long and I arrived there earlier than the hotel check in time . She explained all the details and she was so friendly. She makes me feel like I am at my home . I can't express how I was pleased with her professional way . Everyday she greeted me with a big smile on her face. She is always full of energy and she is willing to assist at any time . It was my business trip and I will recommend to my friends as well to go there and meet with Khin . Will definitely come back again . See you again Khin . ( Keep up the good work )

I love the library concept, the quietness that i needed to revitalized myself after the exhaustion or stress from work. Neat and nice ambience of the lobby. I was assisted with charming smile of the receptionist when i requested to relocate my room since my neighbor was noisy (it was connecting room). I like the gym facility especially the treadmill with video track, it makes me feel like i'm running outdoor. I like the double glass made which minimizes the noise from outside road. I like the timing of the breakfast 7-11am which allows ample time to relax...do exercise before meal.

Special shout out to Room Attendant HK. HASAN always surprised us with beautiful and romantic Towel Origami. Dhev was really helpful with check in. This was my second visit in this hotel and staffs really improved. Will be back for third time too anytime I am in Dubai again.
